Refund and Returns Policy

At GetBusiness.co.in, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our users and businesses. Since we offer digital services (such as paid business listings, featured promotions, and advertising), our refund policy is structured accordingly.

1. No Returns on Digital Services

As our services are delivered digitally (listings, advertisements, and promotions), there are no physical goods to return. Once a listing or promotion has been published, it cannot be returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may only be granted in the following cases:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same service.
Technical Error: If a system issue prevented your listing or promotion from being published.
Service Not Delivered: If we fail to activate your paid listing or promotion within the promised time frame.

Refunds are not provided for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect details submitted by the business owner.
Services that have already been used, displayed, or promoted.

3. Refund Process

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at listing@getbusiness.co.in.
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
In case of third-party payment providers (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal), processing time may vary.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel a free listing at any time.
Paid listings and promotions may be cancelled, but fees already paid are non-refundable once the service has started.
